2. The paper registration fee covers complete ICONICS 2024 Conference kit, Lunch & Hi-Tea for day 1 & day 2, access to Technical Workshops by international & local speakers for the presenter and certificate of presenting paper for the presenters.
   


3. Non-presenting co-authors need to register themselves separately as per the rates mentioned above.


4. Payment for participation can also be made at the event’s Registration Desk on the day of the event, limited registrations may be allowed on the conference day depending on the availability of seats.


5. The registration form must be filled by each individual participating in the group.
   
   
6. Paper with-drawl will not be allowed after Registration.


7. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author to attend and present their paper at the conference. The “no-show” papers will be removed from the final proceedings prior to submitting to IEEE for inclusion in Xplore
